The Whole Internet

Q:

What do you mean by "The Whole Internet"?

A:

Besides being the name of the company, it is a way of thinking about Internet presence. Quite simply, we guarantee that the website we construct for you will provide the broadest possible exposure… to all of the Internet.

Q:

So my current site only has exposure to part of the Internet?

A:

Possibly, but not in the way you think! Our designs utilize cross-browser compatible technology, which allow for full user access regardless of the browser being used. All designs are also accessible and compatible for people with special needs (e.g., vision impaired, or individuals with physical disabilities that prevent navigation using a computer mouse). This requires knowledge and experience in the use of techniques which allow design elements to degrade gracefully (i.e., still provide useful functionality and similar appearance in older browsers), and sometimes alternate coding or even alternate pages for certain browsers. This is a lot of extra work, but it ensures that your site will be accessible and useful to the largest possible audience… and we charge no more for this service.

Q:

Can I ask questions or speak with a design consultant before purchasing?

A:

Absolutely! We never charge for pre-sale consultations, and you are under no obligation to buy. Our goal is to develop and retain not only satisfied customers, but delighted customers. Take a moment to complete our Obtain-a-Quote form or stop by our "Services" page (left).

Q:

Can I obtain a domain name through you?

A:

Yes! Access our online domain services. You can renew, transfer, purchase, or research available domain names. If your search shows a domain to be available, you may purchase immediately via a secure online order form. Please keep the following in mind:

 *  Valid domain names may only include letters, numbers, and
      the hyphen ("-") character.

 *  The hyphen character cannot appear at the start or end of a
      domain name (e.g., "-yoursite" and "yoursite-" = NOK;
      "yoursite" or "your-site" = OK).

 *  Domain names are not case sensitive (UC/lc makes no
     difference).

You may also obtain hosting for your new (or existing) domain through our Web hosting division.

Q:

Have these questions really been asked frequently?

A:

Some have… but they are all questions you should get answered before making your decision. We will update this page as more questions emerge. Submit yours using our online form. Other questions about the Internet? Get WebWise!
